At Holy Sins Royal Bakehouse, every cake begins with clarity, care, and purpose. Behind each dessert lies a thoughtful creative process—from design consultation to handcrafted execution—that deserves time, respect, and recognition. Our service is part of the final product. These terms exist to protect that value—for both you and us.

Booking & Payment
All of our cakes are made to order and require thoughtful preparation.
Wedding Cakes
A 60% non-refundable deposit secures your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before pickup or delivery.

Signature Celebration Cakes
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods
Processed via QuickBooks invoice.
We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, apple cash.
An order is only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a partial refund—only if no work has begun. Any costs incurred will be deducted, along with a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are not eligible for refund or transfer.
A one-time reschedule may be requested at least 14 days in advance and is subject to availability.
Additional changes or reschedules may incur a fee.
Emergencies will be handled with compassion, though rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No-Call, No-Show: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date without notice will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. The product may be donated or repurposed at our discretion.

Design Approach & Materials
Each cake begins with your ideas—reimagined through our signature style.
While we welcome inspiration, we do not replicate other artists’ work.
We work with:

• Italian buttercream, Belgian ganache
• Soft textures, vintage piping, airbrush accents
• Modeling chocolate, gum paste, rice paper, wood fiber, and natural florals
• Custom toppers (artist-made or sourced from trusted providers)

We do not offer fondant-covered cakes or sculpted cartoon characters.

Pickup, Delivery & Handling
Please arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
Once the cake is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client
Cakes must be transported on a flat, level surface inside the vehicle—never on laps, seats, hands, or uneven areas.
Avoid placing the cake on car seats, in someone’s arms, on textured mats, or on the dashboard. These surfaces are unstable and can cause damage during transit.
The best option is a flat, air-conditioned trunk or SUV cargo space, with a non-slip mat or box grip underneath.
Drive cautiously—avoid sharp turns, sudden stops, and exposure to heat or direct sunlight.
We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the cake has left our care. However, if damage occurs and the cake is returned promptly, we may be able (but not obligated) to assist with repairs based on availability. Additional charges will apply to cover materials, labor, and time involved in the restoration.

Serving & Storage
Store your cake in a cool room (below 70°F), away from direct sunlight, heaters, or appliances.
Refrigerate only if storing overnight or delaying serving.
Remove from refrigeration 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
Keep out of reach of pets and children.
Do not store cakes near open windows, ovens, or humid areas.

Allergy Notice
Holy Sins Royal Bakehouse operates under Minnesota Cottage Food Law and is not inspected by the Department of Health.
Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we strongly recommend not placing an order. We are not liable for reactions related to undeclared allergens.

Refund Policy
All cakes are custom-made with care. Once a cake is picked up or delivered and accepted, the order is considered final.
Refunds may only be considered if:
The product does not match the agreed size, flavor, or general description
The issue is reported at the time of pickup or delivery
At least 90% of the cake is returned for evaluation

Taste is subjective. Refunds are not issued for personal preferences unless the cake is found to be inedible and verified upon return. Final judgment is at our discretion.

Must be returned within 72 hours in excellent condition
Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee
